Jean M. Miller, age 76, passed away peacefully at her home in Millerton, NY on November 16, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Jean was born on August 3, 1942 in Croton Falls, NY to Raymond and Iva Hyatt.
She later moved to Millerton. Jean met and married Jesse, the love of her life, in 1959 in Croton Falls, NY. There they raised five children. Jean worked for over thirty years for the Wassaic State School, in Wassaic, NY, as a Health Aide.
Jean was predeceased by her husband Jesse in 2005. She is survived by her five children Donna, Peter (Joanne), Allen (Susan), Brenda, and Trisha. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
On November 20, the family will be receiving guests from 11am to 1pm, at Dwyer Funeral Home in Patterson, NY. A service is planned for 12:30pm followed by burial at Maple Ave. Cemetery in Patterson.
